between Makeupgroothandel and Webshop

 

Webshop is: the person ordering dropshiporders in de webshop of Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl.

 

In all cases the following applies:

  • Return/exchange is only possible if the product has not been used and is intact.

  • The customer asking for a return/change, contacts the Webshop for instructions. Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl does not communicate directly to customers of the Webshop!!

  • Products are returned directly to Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl in the original protective packaging.

  • The address for returns is the name of the Webshop followed by the address of Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl (the customer will not see that Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl is a different company than the Webshop). The customer puts his/her name on the return.

     

    Here you find all possible scenario’s related to returns/changes.

     

a.    Customer informs Webshop that he wants to exchange the product to another product with the same price:

  • Webshop informs Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl about this.

  • Webshop instructs the customer to send the product to Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl.

  • Once the product has been received without damage, Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl will send a new product to the customer and informs the Webshop about this.

  • Webshop informs the customer that a new product is on its way.

     

b.   Customer informs Webshop that he wants to exchange the product to another product with different price:

  • Webshop informs Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl about this.

  • Webshop instructs the customer to send the product to Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl.

  • Once the product has been received without damage, Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl sends the other product to the customer and informs the Webshop about this.

  • If the new product has a lower price, the Webshop will receive a digital voucher for the difference. If the new product has a higher price, Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl will invoice this to Webshop (before the item is shipped).

  • Webshop informs the customer that a new product is on its way and takes care of the financial consequences for the customer.

     

c.   Customer wants to return a product and doesn't want to have anything else:

  • Webshop informs Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl about this.
  • Webshop instructs the customer to send the product to Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl.
  • Once the product has been received without damage, Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl informs the Webshop about this.
  • Webshop will receive a digital voucher for the amount of the product (B2B price). Costs of shipping (based on PostNL fairs) will be deducted of this amount!
  • Webshop takes care of the financial consequences for the customer.

     

d.   Customer informs Webshop that a product is defect or damaged:

  • Webshop asks for a picture and explanation. The enveloppe/parcel should be visible as well on the picture.

  • This should happen right after receipt of the order: if Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl receives such a mail from Webshop after a week or more after delivery, Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl can not respond to that (because damage can also occur after delivery, by false use).

  • Webshop sends the picture to Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl.

  • If both Webshop and Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl agree that it concers a producterror or a damage resulting in the product not to be used anymore, Makeupgroothandel-shop.nl will send a new product to the customer, without any costs for the Webshop.
